We are picking up a car from Easy Way in Playa on Tuesday and will return it to the airport on Satur

Just before our trip at the end of September I posted about my previous experience with what I THOUGHT was Easyway Car Rental in Cancun. There was discussion about the use of similiar names by less reputable companies and of course the various unfortunate car rental scams.
When I arrived at the airport they were waiting with the usual sign. We were taken to their office which is less than 5 minutes from the airport. We were given a free upgrade to a larger vehicle. They had our vehicle on the lot, but the guy said that since they were not busy (really low season) he was going to upgrade us ... no additional cost.
Not only did I get an upgrade, but I was charged about $40 USD LESS on a two week rental than I had been quoted online when I booked. That has never happened before. They were very organized, polite and professional. Paperwork took less than ten minutes. When we left it had started to downpour and we were escorted to our rental by an employee with an umbrella.
The time I usually have a problem is when returning the car. But Easyway was excellent here too. Less than 5 minutes after bringing the car in I was on my way to the airport. Again, very polite, professional and well organized.

As much as I like to go riding with Sue, I can handle a piece of cake. I am going by there today to say hi, have them check my confirmation number and like that. I will aske about directions to their drop off place I Cancun.
