I stayed there the night before my College Program check-in. I didn't do much besides sleep in the room, so I can't speak for the pool etc. But the room was clean and the bed was comfy. It's close to DTD, just a few intersections apartment rentals paris long term away. Also there is an Applebees adjoining it which is convenient.
If it is the one on State Road it is no longer a Sunspree it has been renovated and is called Holiday apartment rentals paris long term Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista. Most of the reviews on Trip Advisor are very positive with a few negative ones mixed in.
We stayed there for 3 nights apartment rentals paris long term in October. We had a King bed, 4 bunkbeds, full-size refridgerator, microwave, free internet, and kids under 12 eat free at Applebees. We had an allears special for $90/night after tax. We didn't go swimming. It is 1 mile from the Epcot exit. We didn't use the free transportation because it only ran to each park a couple of times a day, times that were not convenient for me. They had a schedule that did not correspond with park opening/closing. For example, MNSSHP one night MK closed at 7pm and the shuttle didn't go back until 8pm. Also I think the first one in the morning ran pretty early, apartment rentals paris long term more than an hour before park opening, then the next one wasn't till like 10:30. I would stay there again but would drive to the parks.
I want to add that there was a wall that separated apartment rentals paris long term the king bed from the bunkbeds, and there were 2 tv's. Privacy is important to us when considering resorts. It was nice to come out of the bathroom and have a separate little bedroom to get dressed in.
