Managing Director Graham Marshallsay said: "We take the safety of all our events very seriously. "The groundwater level is at an unprecedented high and the ground to either side of the circuit is, in places, absolutely waterlogged. "As far as we are concerned this is absolutely unprecedented in the Circuit s history.
