Under the direction and supervision of the Recreation Facility Clerk, Head Cashier, cruises to the carribean or Community Recreation Supervisor, this position is responsible cruises to the carribean for front office cruises to the carribean cashiering work in connection with the operation of a community centre.
This position provides information and assistance to the public regarding recreation programs, facilities, policies and regulations; processes payments for activities, programs, and facility rentals; and maintains related clerical records. The Cashier Receptionist processes memberships and program registrations (on-line), handles payments, cruises to the carribean makes change, issues cruises to the carribean receipts, processes refunds and makes corrections as required. Tallies and balances daily cash following cruises to the carribean accepted cashiering methods and practices; prepares cruises to the carribean related reports; navigates the city web site; and follows related policies and procedures. The position manages incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard; keeps the work area tidy and organized; and re-stocks office materials, saleable goods, brochures and pamphlets as needed. Manages correspondence dealing with wait lists, course cancellations and program changes. Performs photocopying, paper processing, filing, sorting and delivering of internal mail, and signs for deliveries. Performs incidental word processing cruises to the carribean using MS Office software for completing forms, simple letters from copy or rough draft, envelopes and labels.
