ANA Holdings, parent company of All Nippon Airways Co., has completed the purchase of Miami, Fla.-based Pan Am International Flight Academy and Pan Am Holdings. Former owner American Capital sold Pan Am, which it has held in its portfolio car rentals in europe since 2006, in an agreement reached Friday.
