Speed tape its called its been used for many decades for non structural repairs a good call to land as it could damage the area surrounding at high speed or detach and get ingested into an engine or damage a sensor. usually it sticks like super glue and is made of a thick aluminium type foil approved for specific uses and not like Gaffa tape! All airline line engineers carry it .

I think it is high time that Ryan air was grounded forever . They are an airline that has become a major problem. It is only time before one of there aircraft takes a nose dive into the ground. What is worse is that because these people are out to make such a killing to keep to a high standard of living they have come to enjoy over the years there passangers lives are being put at risk ! I have flown with both Ryanair and Easy Jet and I have to say I have had some of the worse flying and customer service experiences on both.
