As well as the trip to Sierra Leone and the forthcoming US tour, PG10 provided the only team from the UK to participate in an international tournament in Dubai last year, emerging victorious at under-12 level.
"We competed against sides from India, from South Africa, from Libya, from Qatar and we did it with an organisation that's actually Welsh but they do a lot in the Middle East called Team Tours Direct .
"They do an international tournament in Wales as well called the Welsh International Super Cup, which is held in Cardiff and we actually won that tournament as well last year. We've entered it for a number of years, but in the Dubai tournament we played against sides from across the world and we managed to get to the final and beat a Qatari team.
"You had people like Trevor Sinclair and Carlton Palmer coaching out there with teams. You also had the legend Diego Maradona hawaii military discount car rental out there. He was mixing in with the kids and taking an interest in sport development hawaii military discount car rental out in Dubai."

Peter Griffiths is full of praise for the backing he continually receives from big-name footballers and stars from other sports in promoting the work of PG10. "The support we get from celebrities – I can't thank them enough," he says.
"Basically, through PG10 Coaching we have a number of high-profile sporting stars, past and present, supporting our project. I played myself at a high level. I had the honour of playing for my country at youth level and really just through those contacts I've been able to put our work across the UK, but also globally.
"So through networking and the contacts we have and the support we have from sports stars such as Neville Southall, Mike Phillips, who has been fantastic with us recently as well, we're able to go to these places and really transform young people's lives."

We've had Mike Phillips talking about his career and the values of working as a team. We've had David Campese over from Australia, he's worked with the kids coaching and trying to inspire them as well."

So we actually play against them on a regular basis and what is happening from that is that a lot of those kids are going on to Premier League and Championship clubs to further their development.
PG10 currently has development centres opening all over Wales and also has contracts with colleges in Liverpool and Manchester. "We've got other projects running across South Wales and North Wales and also now in England where we've got coaching centres, soccer camps for kids of all ages and all ability. While last year we had 34,000 people through our doors, this year we're aiming to double that just through the support we've been having recently."
