The customer service at Cloud 9 was exceptional, however, after that the experience goes down hill as fast as an avalanche. As you enter the cruise there are staff there pushing costly picture. After boarding dinner begins. The food was just horrible. Mushy vegitables, dry chicken, tasteless fish, powdered mashed potatoes. Even the salad was limp. The music was too loud and catered to a very young hip-hop crowd. We were so unimpressed that I wanted to get off before they even left port. My husband wanted us to stick it out for the sake of our anniversary. We did, only because the people who sat next to us were good company. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Lowe.
"When we got there they had no idea what to do with the email we were told to provide. It took them about 20 mins to figure it out and get us our tickets. It was also advertised on Cloud 9 and on the email as a 3 hour cruise when it was actually only 2 hours. This made us a little disappointed right from the start.
