I have two units 500 feet from beach in this quiet family ez rental cars area. I also have a care taker on site. All units are very nice. Upstairs unit Has 3 bdrms 2 baths full kitchen dinning room living room . All bedrooms have cable t.v. Central air and heat.Downstairs is the same. HI Speed
WI/FI. Washer & Dryer availble at no charge.We have 8 beach chairs 2 umbrellas and some toys ,some boogie boards also small beach chairs for children, please remember to share and enjoy your stay care taker on site

My family has been going here for 20 years, when Ernie and Anne were still with us. We miss them a lot, but Ted and Linda have done a great job. We love it, now bring the grandchildren, love the atmosphere, more like a home than a rental. Leaving Friday for our week, there and we cant wait. We now rent both , upstairs and downstaits

Recently spent our 5th Winter here and it just keeps getting better and better. Ted & Linda go out of their way to make our stay great and we are booked again for next Winter and looking forward to it.

We have been coming here for many years -- in the 70's we bought our children and now we bring our grandchildren. It is our favorite place to stay -- just like home -- only better! The owners are friendly, caring and welcome children and make them feel like they are family. Book a week here and you will come back year after year. Great Value -- fantastic ez rental cars location and everything you could want. The whole family is counting the days until our next vacation at Swim and Swing.
Refreshing change from the fancy modern resorts! Had everything we needed ez rental cars and wanted plus the atmosphere and memories of the past. Last time I was there my children were small, this time my grandchildren enjoyed the same experiences of their parents years ago. Enjoyed ez rental cars all amenties offered plus the use of the over-sized dining table for games and activities with the family. Looking forward ez rental cars to occupying both units next year with an even more extended family gathering. Ted and Linda, thank you for a wonderful week!!
Overall good value for the $. The kitchen was not really 'user-friendly, & lack of electrical outlets (for electronic devices, coffee pot, & vacuum) was a bit inconvenient . Being pet friendly was most important to me/us....
A: we treat everyone as family,location to beach,pvt parking tvs all bedroomswonderfull veiw of ocean 5 rocking chairs on big porch we have beach toys for small kids boogie boards for big kids, beach games beach chairs- umbrellas pvt patio with gas grill or charcoal AND WE FURNISH BED SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES NO CHARGE MUST BRING OWN TOWELLS
