My husband and I were talked into attending a presentation by this group while in Branson, MO. They say you can get hold of them 24hr/day. Nope. They say they guarantee best rates, NOPE. They say you can find great reduced rates. NOPE They lie and you have no recourse . DO NOT trust these people. I was even threatened when I called to complain about the service or rather lack of. The women said if I came in to complain she would have me arrested. These are heavy handed criminals as far as Im concerned and I will tell everyone I can about what kind of thieves they are". We read in the local paper the company was under investigation by the nj attorney generals office so we tryed to cancel. No luck We argued with Amex for 1 yr to not pay the fee as the legal was pending, rental car and salt lake city but we had to pay the $3000 or would be charged late fee for the year by amex as the company claimed rental car and salt lake city it was over the 72hr refund. yes total scam, had all the presentation in Dallas at the Galleria, promised all this and just call and they will do everything, we call, no discounts, no great deals and no hookups for rv parks which they promised twice in their presentation, they will cancel membership, but stuck with over 2k to still pay which they say is separate and cannot be cancelled? hello no membership, no payment.
please stay away from vacation travel club, or vacation express they are the same low down, lying, cheating, money stealing, bait and switch company in tn. and have moved to other states. Bait and switch. dont give them any money it is a smoke an mirror show with your money in there pocket. they will never give a refund. they got me for a travel club for $5000.shame on them. I have asked for 3 yrs for a refund and always they refused.these are sharks and bad businesses with only one thing, to rip you off and run off with your money. thanks
High Tide Travel and Vacation Travel is a big scam in Tulsa, Ok areas now..Be Aware of mails u getting to ask u to call them for a free carnival cruise presentation. They rated "F" in BBB and they never do what they say..They take ur money and never answer rental car and salt lake city phone.

We recently went to Branson on one of your Hot Deals and ended up in one of the most delightful condos we have ever stayed in, Stormy Point Village. It was a great deal. We have a lot of fun looking through the Hot Deals.Im not sure you have the option of looking for Hot Deals by the month, but that is an option I would like.
Being a new member I was skeptical about all the services. Thanks to Jeff H, Trina and Veronica and one more associate I do not remeber her name I have had a most enjoyable experience eventhough rental car and salt lake city we could not find an all inclusive rental car and salt lake city in San Juan. I did find a house boat. My husband has wanted to that for years and RCI was never able to fullfill our request. First time out- a hot deal and my husband is happy he spent the money--go figure. No way for the public to access all of the savings without being a member. I think that is why you join - To get the best value for our original investment..
I encourage everyone that owns points with Shell to stop paying their maintenance fees. save your money!!! there is nothing you can do but this will hit them where it hurts in their bank account not yours! they can take their stinking points and guest who has to pay the maintenance fee? the developer rental car and salt lake city or owner of Shell! This company is completely shady at best. Over two years ago my wife and I attended their seminar in Branson, MO. They showed us all the good deals. They also told us the maintence fee was ONLY IF YOU USE IT THAT YEAR. The first time I went to use their service for a airfare their site showed me a price that was resonable. I tried to book it and they said they didnt get that price and the fair was $200 higher. I showed them snapshots of the fare and they said they didnt know how I got that number. Then find out they were linking rental car and salt lake city to another search engine to get a cheaper fare. I contacted the travel site they were using and book it through them and got my fare. About a month later they changed their search engine after I posted a complaint of what they were doing.
Then they started charging my credit card the maintence fees which I called them on. They stated that Im charged them no matter what and that I have to call them at the beginning of the year and tell them I wont used them to avoid the fee. What a bunch of lies. I told them that I didnt authorized the charge. They wouldnt comment to that. My card date expired and they charged it again the next year. This one I had to contact the CC company to pull it back. Because now they were changing my numbers to keep taking my money. THIS IS ILLEGAL.
Im with first class travel. Im reading all these bad comments about different agencies. This is not true for all agencies. Our agency is !00% guaranteened. I just booked an Alaskan cruise for my husband and I through the company for our summer vacation. I was nervous about it being last minute. They were $419 per person cheaper than anywhere else I could find! I checked and found out that they are a accredited member of the Better Business Bureau with a satisfactory A+ rating. Whoever has posted rental car and salt lake city the negative comments obviously has never used the service. This company beats the competition hands down every time. I feel great about my purchase. This is the best company in my book.

Shell is a way scam. We "Shell"ed rental car and salt lake city out 16000 of our super hard earned money. We mistakenly bought 2. They lied about all that we asked. No the point in 2 areas do not combine. We had to borrow from the next year on our first booking, although we had points in another area. And YES you have to pay a base amount of maintainance fees in each area. So we pay $800 a year on these fees. Look at Shell Vacations ***! posting, they bought 2x as much but pay a lil more than us in maintance fees.
