It looks like that building has been built onto the side of the trailer. I wonder if they modified new frontier car rental new zealand the trailer doorway in any way. Between that and the absence of axles, it might take a fair amount of restoration.
I'm pretty sure it's an early-mid 60's avion. With that much mold on it and no tags, can't get much closer than that. It has the window shapes and wheel wells of those years. The street side awnings new frontier car rental new zealand are a fun addition .
Will be over in this part of town tomorrow, will try and get a couple more photos to see if anyone can made a determination. As well, going to snap a couple of photos of the Spartan that is in the park. Grab the park's contact phone number and see if they are available for sale.
Hopefully you can get a look at the door, that would help ID it and maybe the plate with the serial and model number is still on it next to the door. Looks like a BIG project. It sure looks like an Avion to me.
As someone new frontier car rental new zealand with WAY, WAY, WAY too many trailer projects (8) in my life, in addition to my motorhome project, I would suggest that you do not walk, but RUN, RUN, RUN away from that thing, new frontier car rental new zealand and never look back. Even if you pick it up for FREE, that trailer will start bleeding you out of time and cash from the minute you think about towing it out of that park.
It will might start with frozen lug nuts, then new tires and mounting, and then the wheel bearings and brakes (if it has any), then maybe some temporary towing lights, then the coupling will be rusted up, and it might need a bit of welding and reinforcement. When you finally get it home, your neighbors will be thrilled at the new eyesore that you've imported into their view. Then you'll start the process of removing a ton or so of assorted debris, toxic waste, and rotted woodwork. After blowing a couple of weekends worth of time, you'll be buying some acid wash and a nice long handled scrub brush just to spiff it up a bit. After enjoying a brief moment of joy at having removed about 40 years worth of moss, mold, and mildew, you'll finally start to see the depth of the hole that you've jumped into. All the dents will be more obvious, some of the original lights will be broken or missing, the squirrels will have eaten some of the wiring, the floor will need replacement, a couple of windows will need parts, the door latch won't work, etc., etc., etc.
You might even momentarily enjoy contemplating the fantasy of how cool this trailer would look in tow behind your motorhome, but then you'll realize that you haven't new frontier car rental new zealand worked on the moho in a couple of months, and think to yourself gee, where does the time go?? , and then you'll get a call back from that guy with the Spartan, and then ................
