THEN you (on your own) book your airfare and room at the Moon Palace…you can save money if you double-up with someone else to share a room. Not specific to Moon it s a great resort actually owned by a real Mexican family, not some huge conglomerate. All inclusives are not my thing, unless they are tiny dive atoll or jungle lodges. But, I know the area well and probably spent the equivalent of a night at Moon on 10 nights in Merida holland america europe cruises at a great hotel and local meals and a lot of tequila!
