Calahonda is part of Mijas Costa and is located between Malaga and Marbella on the Costa del Sol. Calahonda is a quiet residential area with many nice homes. Mijas is about 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport and about 8 minutes from the local train in Fuengirola. From Malaga airport, you can travel to most major cities in Europe without having to change planes.
