Anello ma and rhode island tour bus companies to serve 72 months in federal prison ma and rhode island tour bus companies based on a February 8, 2011 jury verdict convicting Morris of bank robbery and conspiracy to commit bank robbery. Judge Anello also ordered Morris to pay $13,516.00 in restitution to the bank and another person ma and rhode island tour bus companies inside the bank whose money was taken.
According to evidence presented at trial, on May 7, 2009, Morris rented a vehicle from Budget-Rent- A-Car in Beverly Hills, California, and on May 8, 2009, drove to San Diego with others. They then parked in an apartment complex located near the Chase Bank, at 4111 Governor Drive, San Diego. Morris waited in the parking lot while the others put on masks, entered the Chase Bank, and demanded money from the bank s customers and tellers, threatening to kill one of the tellers. Following the robbery, ma and rhode island tour bus companies Morris drove back to Los Angeles with at least one of the bank robbers. Residents at the apartment complex noted the vehicle and wrote down the license plate number. When Morris returned to her place of employment in Los Angeles later that afternoon, agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation interviewed and later arrested the defendant.
