Do you know the name of the baltimore shopping mall thats good you recommended in your above post??

If you are only spending two or three weeks in the USA, then it would not be wise to drive across the country. The drive across the USA will consume at least one week, and much of the way will be through the flat and boring tj maxx tour of gymnastics champions Midwest where there is little to see except hundreds of miles of flat fields of grain. In addition, the drop off charge for a one way car rental from the East Coast to the West Coast will be exhorbitant.
I suggest you see New York City, rent a car if you want to tour some of the East Coast cities. There is a great shopping mall just south of Baltimore. Then, fly to the West Coast, ending in LA or Las Vegas.
Rent another car in the West. From LA or Vegas, you can drive to all of the spectacular attractions in the West. Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, etc. It will still entail considerable driving, but at least most of the route will be through some beautiful scenic landscape.
Do you know the name of the baltimore shopping mall thats good you recommended in your above post?? Do NYC have good reasonablle family friendly hotels thats sleep 2 adults 2 kids? Eg 2 bedrrom hotel suite or a room that has 2 single beds with the queen for parents??? what is the norm for usa hotels?? we like clean/ air conditioned and SAFE area thats close to shops/ transport etc yet quiet if thats at all possible eg not on a highway or main road when traffic noise will keep you awake at night.
This is Georgi Viyachev, Sofia, Bulgaria. My daughter will join a summer camp in Sewanee /near Nashville / for two weeks and we decided to take her there and to spend these two weeks with my son and my wife in US. This will be our first visit so we'd like to see the "musts' so to say. Can you suggest what to visit during that time. From you blog I understand that it is not wise to travel from east to west, so if we stay east what schedule can we make? Will we have time for Florida , Washington DC , New York , Niagara falls , something else? Your help will be much appreciated. Best regards, Georgi
tj maxx tour of gymnastics champions The shopping mall is named Arundel Mills Mall. It is located along Route 100 a few miles east of Route 95 and just a few miles south of Baltimore Washington International Airport. This is around ten miles south of Baltimore. It contains over 100 shops including tj maxx tour of gymnastics champions many factory discount stores and at least three or four children s clothing outlets. It is one of the largest malls in Eastern USA.
New York hotels are a problem. Most of the hotels in central Manhattan are very expensive. Expect to pay $250 and up per night. Any of the cheaper hotels are likely to be in less desirable neighborhoods or to have very small rooms. When I go to NYC, I often stay in the suburban tj maxx tour of gymnastics champions neighborhood of Flushing near LaGuardia International Airport. Here is a link to the hotel reservation page for the Lexington Marco Hotel in Flushing. . Lexington Marco Hotel
This hotel is located in a predominately Asian neighborhood that is reasonably safe and is only a few miles from LaGuardia Airport. There are many restaurants, tj maxx tour of gymnastics champions convenient stores and shops within walking distance from the hotel. It is only four blocks to the subway stop and a 30 minute train ride into downtown Manhattan. Best of all, the price is typically less than $150 per night. If you arrive at JFK International Airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus to LaGuardia (about $10). From LaGuardia, you can request the free hotel van to pick you up. I have personally stayed in this hotel several times, and found it to be a great bargain.
You can certainly see a lot of the Eastern USA in two weeks, but you should be aware that the distances between the major sights that you list can be fairly large. From Nashville to Orlando Florida is nearly 700 miles or about 12 - 14 hours of driving. From Nashville to Washington DC is about the same distance, and New York City is an additional four hours of driving. Niagara Falls is nearly 400 miles northwest of New York City or another 8 hours of driving.
You can avoid some of this driving by flying from Nashville to Orlando or to New York and renting tj maxx tour of gymnastics champions a car to tour locally. You can also choose to see only part of the East Coast and save some of the driving time.
If you are interested in music, then Nashville, the home of country music, has some attractions worth seeing. You can also drive west for five hours and visit Memphis, the home of the Blues Music, the home of Rock and Roll, and the home of Elvis Presley. Lynchburg, Tennesee is only one hour south of Nashville and it is the home of Jack Daniel s whiskey.
tj maxx tour of gymnastics champions You can drive from Nashville to Florida in one long day or in two shorter days. You can see the many attractions at Orlando, the Kennedy Space Center, the many beaches on both sides of the Florida Peninsula, and many other attractions.
From Florida, you can drive north to Washington DC in one long day or two shorter days. From Washington, it is only a half day drive to New York City. I would not make the long drive north to Niagara Falls unless you really want to see it. That would require one day to drive to the falls and another day to drive back. At the end, you will need two days to return to Nashville from New York City.
I do agree with Mike that hire a car from LA and explore the beautiful scenic tj maxx tour of gymnastics champions beautiies along the West. Renting a car will help you stop at places where you want to explore nature at leisure. These scenic landscapes are really mesmerizing....come along and explore by yourself.
I am from the Midwest tj maxx tour of gymnastics champions so it is hard for me to say that you should fly over it, but if you only have 3 weeks tops, you might want to. There are definitely places to see (Chicago, St. Louis, Memphis, Louisville) but if you have must-sees tj maxx tour of gymnastics champions on your list that are on the other side of the country, you just will not have time to see it all.
If you have time though, you should check out the cities I mentioned! Chicago and St. Louis have great shopping, St. Louis is cheaper. Plus in St. Louis there is the amazing City Museum (citymuseum.org) which you and your kids will love!
