The flat is located in one of San Francisco's best neighborhoods, Noe Valley. This is a very safe, quiet, tours vacations and cruises walking & child friendly neighborhood. No need to worry about being in a bad area we have a prime location on a lovely, safe, quiet, flat street.
We have created a comfortable, vacation rental in the lower unit of our 1902 Victorian tours vacations and cruises duplex. The flat is 1000 square feet with 2 bedrooms & 1 bath. We renovated the flat in the Fall 2008. It now has new appliances, cabinetry, newly refinished tours vacations and cruises hardwood flooring & fresh paint.
The bathroom has all new flooring, paint, new vintage styled subway tile, tub, toilet & vanity. The rest of the house is covered in beautiful newly refinished hardwood floors with cozy area rugs for comfort, designer paint in calming colors, comfortable tours vacations and cruises furniture for lounging, new window treatments & light fixtures all complete the picture.
Next you have the large living area, which is a double sized room half with a comfy sofa, flat screen 37" tv with digital cable (HBO, Encore & Starz)and a lounge tours vacations and cruises chair with ottoman. The other side has a large daybed with trundle, which can be used as additional seating in the living room and/or for extra sleeping space. The daybed has a twin mattress on top and a pull out trundle bed with a twin mattress below-it can sleep 2 adults comfortably. We also have a JPMA certified crib as well as a booster tours vacations and cruises seat that we can provide free of charge-just let us know.
The flat is very private and is in the best neighborhood in San Francisco- Noe Valley. Noe Valley is a highly regarded neighborhood known for being walker friendly, having tours vacations and cruises beautiful Victorian architecture everywhere you turn, sunny weather most of the year, being full of children & very child friendly. Noe Valley is a warm & inviting neighborhood tours vacations and cruises that is a world unto itself.
Only 3 blocks away from our flat is 24th Street where there are endless restaurants, pizza parlors, coffee shops, bakeries, bagel houses, tours vacations and cruises chocolatiers, grocery stores & pubs as well as a newly built Whole Foods organic market. 24th Street also has great shopping with exotic multi-cultural stores, jewelry shops, books stores, novelty stores...the list goes on and on. You must come and explore for yourself to see what treasures you might find in our fair neighborhood.
Great neighborhood that is walker friendly. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and has easy access to public transportation if needed. We are in a residential neighborhood so parking is free, we do not have private parking-but tours vacations and cruises street parking is available with no parking permits required.
Other Fees: There is a $300.00 security tours vacations and cruises deposit required for all stays. To reserve dates we require receipt of a $150.00 deposit along with our completed rental contract. Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. Forms of acceptable payment are Paypal (you can use your credit card or bank account through Paypal), personal check or Postal money order for U.S. Residents. Non U.S. transactions Paypal only.
Our flat is walking distance to more than 18 restaurants, shops, restaurants, grocery store and even a pub or 3! The area is safe, family tours vacations and cruises & walker friendly. No need to worry about being in a bad neibhborhood here. We are also 3 blocks walk to the bus stop & 4 blocks walk to the trolley car stop.
Casa De Julia was a warm and inviting space that made our week in San Francisco very enjoyable. Located in a quiet neighborhood with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It was nice to be able to cook meals and do laundry if needed and not feel cramped. I slept quite well and the only complaint I would have is the lack of counter space in the bathroom, which was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great space! Staying in hotels in San Fran costs up to $30.00 per day parking. At Casa, it is free!
We were visiting my husbands brother. We have 4 boys and wanted a family friendly neighborhood. We were traveling from Michigan. We had a fantastic week. This was perfect for us. There was a Whole Foods just blocks away, so we were able to fix several meals at the flat. There were many great restaurants and coffee shops close. We will look forward to returning here year after year
