In a few words: If I had the flexibility to relocate my family, I would move here. I enjoy Denver that much. One the contributing road warriors here now lives in the Mile High City so I expect her to add her insight as well.
Airport : (DIA) The airport itself used to feel as if it were actually in Kansas because it was so far away from development but the area around DIA is rather developed these days. Casa Bonita No, Eric Cartman was not making the place up on South Park. It really exists and it is as fun as he made it out to be. Do not go for the food, go for the entertainment and margaritas which makes the food easier to tolerate.
Beer : Two of my favorite craft brewers, Great Divide and Breckrenridge, are in town. Great Divide s brewery is within walking distance of Coors Field downtown and they give free tours throughout the afternoon. Hotels : There are plenty of properties all over town to stay at, many conveniently located off the interstates. Take advantage of the free street ride to easily transport you away from the more touristy areas. My parents recently stayed at the Hyatt by the convention center and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the continental breakfast and the friendly staff.
Denver truly is a transplant city, as each new person I meet seems to be from somewhere else. Everyone could not be more welcoming, so if you re considering a move, I highly suggest my new home. I ve also heard that summer is the best season, and since my hiking has been limited due to the weather, I cannot wait to experience las vegas apartment rentals all that the Colorado outdoors have to offer as well. Happy to share that Denver International Airport is upgrading their food options as well, though I personally think they have a much better selection than plenty of other airports. Only downside is that a majority of them are prior to security.
