Used Hertz through "Journey Through Ireland" for an all inclusive quote including CDW (but not SCDW). Turned out good, fair price, great car and no surprises on our credit card statement when we got home this time! rvflyer
Granted that it was in 2003, but we had a horrible experience with Hertz Shannon. No car anything similar to what we had booked, so they very cavalierly stuffed five jetlagged zaftig women and all their luggage into a Land Rover and sent us on our way. Fortunately Hertz in Killarney went beyond the call of duty and found us our Ford Torneo. We were recently in Ireland and were rear ended entering a gas station in Dublin.
