What’s going on in Water in April and May? One important issue for state and interstate water agencies (including members of ICWP and the Western States Water Council (WSWC)), as well as other water managers,  has been the maintenance of the NASA and USGS Landsat program satellites that provide Earth-observing data that used for water management (among other things).
