Welcome to our beautiful vacation home. A two story 2700 sqt house with high ceiling. Your vacation rental is in a middle/upper class and quiet neighborhood, Green Valley Ranch Casino /Resort, and newly opened M Resort are less than 10 minutes to your vacation home and to the Strip. If you decide to be at your vacation home one day, everything you need is on location as well, golf course, tennis courts, restaurant, grocery stores, post office, library, etc. just near by. There are walking trails and parks adjacent baymont inn and suites to your home away from home. So relax have a BBQ while enjoying the beautiful landscape, the mountain view, and the view of Las Vegas Strip from the neighborhood.

There are three parks on the site including tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball courts. Library and post office are located less than 1 mile. Many high end shops and Restaurants, Trader Joe, Target, Super Walmart, and Super K-mart are close by.
The house is charming, comfortable, spacious, and easy to live in. The small pool would have been perfect except the weather didn't cooperate, and the neighborhood was quiet, and convenient to a pleasant baymont inn and suites park , the Strip, the airport, and other places. The few problems were mostly housekeeping details, which the owners assured us will be taken care of. We recommend this place to others.
My family (4 people) went on a trip to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon in mid September. We like to cook together, so renting a house was definitely a better option than a couple of hotel rooms. baymont inn and suites This house was just perfect!
It's about 15-20 minutes from the airport and about 25 from the main center on the Strip (Bellagio). We had very light traffic on I-15 and I-215 both night and day. The house itself was more than big enough for the 4 of us (easily comfortable for twice as many people). It was super relaxing, especially after coming back from all the noise on the Strip. The house was very neat and clean, with plenty of towels, dishes and utensils, all sort of basic kitchen condiments that one may need, washing powder etc.
The highlight was of course the pool which was just lovely in the almost 100F (36C) heat. We enjoyed a few BBQs, played baymont inn and suites the piano and electric organ (absolutely hilarious, having never played this before), and many games of pool. The location is particularly convenient for trips to Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon (which I highly recommend).

It was sunny and warm everyday and the pool was used everytime we were in the house. We stayed from Sunday til the following Tuesday for 9 days, and we loved every minute of it. We took good care of the house, but we broke one knife (sorry about that). The house was perfect just what we neeeded. Everyone had there own bathroom and the kitchen was huge. When we got there we all wanted baymont inn and suites to stay and buy the house. Thank-you Nat for putting in the pool table the thought was nice. We hope to rent from you again next year.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. My family and I had a great time and this is one of the best vacations we have had together. The house is wonderful. As soon as we stepped through the door it felt like home. It was perfect! We stayed baymont inn and suites a few days and it wasn't enough. The home is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. In fact, it was so nice relaxing in the beautiful back yard around the pool and actually only made it to the Strip 3 times! We have already recommended it to friends. The location is the best, away from the hustle bustle of the Strip but near enough to get to it quickly. If we come back to Vegas, baymont inn and suites we would definitely book this house!
