The address is 9th Street and West Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139, this is 9 blocks from the beach, (a 10 to 15 minutes walking), there is also a local bus (South Beach Local) that cost only 25 cents and goes around South Beach, and you can get it just outside the building.

This studio delta airline was exactly as advertised! It was clean, affordable, and within delta airline walking distance of everything I wanted to see in South Beach. The pool was great for days when I wanted to stay in and relax. I very much enjoyed my stay, and plan to book again if ever I find myself visiting Miami again!
The location delta airline was convenient to everything in South Beach and the free parking spot in a garage was a plus; however the unit was a disappointment. This is a small shabby studio with nothing much to recommend it. There are wires all over the kitchen to plug in appliances, the ceiling fan/light flickers but doesn t come on and the TV is the size of a computer screen. We were on the 7th floor with a balcony facing a busy street so we did not use it much. The elevator broke the night we got there so had to walk the 7 flights until it was fixed the next day. The place is clean but that s about all I can say in it s favor. The little pool on a 3rd floor roof was clean but the three chaise s are dirty and the two tables and chairs were broken. Fortunately we had access to a pool down the street or this would have been a problem. If you need a cheap place to crash this would do but we will not be returning.
Owner's Response: It was very unfortunate that the elevator stopped working the first night they were there and they had to go up seven flights of stairs. It was fixed early the next morning and did not happen again, but it seems that this incident delta airline changed their perspective on their entire stay 1- The apartment is anything but shabby 2- For a studio apartment it is not small (normally, studios in South Beach run from around 280 sq. ft. to 400 sq. ft., and this one is 390 sq. ft.) 3-There are no wires all over the kitchen, each appliance has its own outlet. The only other thing is a power surge protector we have in a corner to protect the Wi-Fi equipment. 4- The ceiling fan/light is perfectly fine. It seems that they did not know how it works, all they had to do was ask and I would have showed them how, or fixed it if that was the case; However, they never mentioned anything during their stay. 5- Yes, there is a balcony delta airline facing the street, and most guests enjoy that. These particular guests knew about the street because they were visiting their son only two buildings away in the same street. 6- The pool is not little; delta airline it is a standard size pool of 15 sq. ft. by 30 sq. ft. I have called the condominium management company and complained about the chairs being dirty and a table being broken, and was told that they are in the process of getting new furniture for the pool area. Many of our guests come back to stay at our properties because providing them with the best possible hospitality and service has always been our mission.
The apartment is simple, but fully equipped and impeccably clean. For Miami Beach it is also in a relatively quite area. Which means that you halve to walk several blocks to the beach or the party hotspots. But there are bus stops only one minute away and you have a reserved parking space.
You can tour the Art Deco District by foot and you can walk to some of the famous delta airline landmarks delta airline like the Versase Mansion, Lincoln Road Mall, famous Joes Stone Crab, South Pointe Park where you can watch the Cruise ships leave the Port of Miami, and many other famous restaurants, galleries and clubs
A drive to Downtown Miami and Little Havana with all its Latin flavor is less than 10 minutes. If you enjoy nature, there are several State Parks within one to 2 hours, like the Everglade National Park and the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park in Key Largo.
