I would like to fly directly on the go tours to Seville as my DD is doing a language/culture program there and we will drop her off and spend 3 nights, head to Granada and then to Madrid, fly home to the US.I am seeing only one easyJet flight out of Gatwick at 6:25am. that is a reasonable fare.
I considered flying to Madrid then taking a train to Seville, but am not getting exact train fares as it may be too far out. I plugged in a Friday in April and found fares running about 111 dollars. Times 3 that adds a bit on and we still have to go from MAD to the train station.

In all cases, read the fine print on the airline website very carefully. The initial cost is low but extra charges pile up quickly. Baggage restrictions are enforced and there can be high fees if you don't check in on-line and buy your baggage allotments in advance too. Even if the so-called traditional carriers' prices seem much higher on the first page of the search site, they may be competitive once you reach the bottom line.
Hi Southam, I did check skyscanner but the Ryanair flight on the go tours leaves at 19:45 and that's a little too late and some of the other flights are many hours in duration. You are certainly correct about that fine print, I will be careful.
I'm reading up on booking on Renfre trying to find a London to Madrid then by rail to Seville if we decide to go that route and I can get a reasonable fare. It would be nice to have DD Spend a day or so in Madrid on the go tours before Seville where she will be for two weeks.
