I had the opportunity to stay at Virginia Suites in Arlington as part of a family vacation to Washington DC. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. The room was very spacious as advertised and came with free Wi-Fi which is a plus. The suite included a kitchen with pots and pans and everything necessary for an extended stay.
Although you could use the kitchen if you were only staying a few days. The room included one bed with a fold out couch for a third person to spend the night. We felt this was on outstanding value in terms of being able to bring our own food and not have to eat out every meal.
Additionally, this hotel was in easy walking distance to Arlington Cemetery as well as the Iwo Jima Memorial. Additionally, the hotel was only a few blocks cheap car rentals france away from the metro station so that it was easy to get into Washington to tour the city. If you wanted to walk into Washington, that would have been possible as well although we didn t do that on this trip.
