Deposits: Weekly Rentals- A $200 - $400 Refundable Deposit will reserve this home for you. Monthly Rentals have a $500 - $1000 Refundable Deposit. Rental payment and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival unless prior arrangements are made. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date or deposit will not be refunded. PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was quiet and had everything red roof inn website we needed. The owners are great and were there if we needed anything or had any questions. Kitchen is fully equipped so we saved a ton preparing our own meals. Great price as well for a weeks stay. It would also be great to stay all winter at for a couple of snowbirds .Tile floors make it super easy to keep clean and also has Wi Fi for those of us that like to stay connected with family while away.Has washer and dryer which is great so you dont have a ton of clothes to wash when returning home. Personally I give it 10 stars! We call it our home away from home now. Thanks Guys! This was a much needed time away!

PCB area was great with friendly red roof inn website people and great shopping and places to eat,again you could not ask for a better place to stay very nice and not to far from the beaches.
The house is perfect for a small family and has everything you need. We are from Sweden and booked online red roof inn website with no hazzle. Eric the owner is great and so is his place. Higly recommended. We didn´t red roof inn website know anything about PCB before coming here, WE LOVED IT. Eric and his wife runs a serious operation and we will most certainly come back again.
