If you want to experience Tuscany, this is an excellent choice. We chose the property for three reasons: size (we had to sleep 7, and this was done easily), view from the property (absolutely gorgeous vistas at different times of the day, particularly sunset), and accessibility to the A1 so that we could visit other sites (about cheep air plan ticket 20 minutes to the A1, and very easy access to many different regions of Tuscany).

Just one note - the road to get to the villa is narrow - but this also became part of the charm of the place.
