My first reaction when I saw that Enterprise Rent-A-Car was changing its name to Enterprise Holdings

My first reaction when I saw that Enterprise Rent-A-Car was changing its name to Enterprise Holdings was that perhaps the company is positioning itself to go public, as a holding company is often associated with a company that holds, or owns shares of another company.
"This was a pragmatic decision. The new name reflects the holding of multiple brands under common ownership. quality inn suites grand canyon It is nothing more than that. When there was only one brand, Enterprise quality inn suites grand canyon Rent-A-Car made sense."
"As far as the integration, nothing changes for consumers. Each brand will remain distinctive. One of the changes in our management structure in the field is that the all three brands will work under the Enterprise group structure. This means that vice presidents and general managers who formerly managed Enterprise Rent-A-Car's operations now oversee all of Alamo's and National's operations as well. Also, we gained some efficiencies through consolidations of our credit/collections and accounts payable. We also put an enormous amount of time into integrating a lot of our IT."
Enterprise is fighting a law suit from the EEOC right now due to them firing (laying off) 100 + Information Technology employees at the end of October 2008. The company selected mostly older and many with medical problems to lay off. The company is currently under an order by the EEOC to provide documentation surrounding the firings to them. ERAC has been granted two extensions on providing this to the EEOC. The due date for them to provide the information is September 30th 2009. If they do not make this date a judge will force them to comply. This company kept many of their younger employees that had less time with the company, they also have a large majority quality inn suites grand canyon of Indian (non American) quality inn suites grand canyon programmers.
I am really not understanding the point of all the Indian programmers, they get paid alot of money, should they have not gotten rid of them to keep Americans in their jobs, as far as I am condcerned, they are very un-patriotic..........I still have not found a job.
