The location is great. Valet parking is very convenient. I requested 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and my request was fulfilled. It would be great if there's enough wind glass. Therer'e only 2 wine glasses in the kitchen. The dryer didn't stop by itself. It needs proper companion airline ticket free maintenance.
Wife, my kids and I recently stayed in 2BR condo in Hallandale beach Miami, unit excide our expectation. The location is perfect for beach lovers. Short walk to market across the road with a few other shops nearby. We were greeted personally upon arrival and received outstanding service while we were there. The property is located off of Exit 18 on 95. Hence, it is 18 miles north from South Beach in Miami! It is right outside of Dade county in Broward county. However, driving is most convienent.
The property itself was very nice. i.e. The building ,the lobby area,an accomodating concierge desk,excellent security, valet parking, a beautiful pool and surrounding pool deck area with beach access just footsteps away.Plus, anything you'd ever need within a few miles.
We found the place to be very good. It was clean and had extra pillow and blankets and towels for the beach. The staff was very nice and help if we had questions. The real plus was it was turtle time and eggs where hatching and mama's companion airline ticket free where laying eggs. This was very cool to see.

This location is great but building is little old and my family had skin rash due to bed bugs. The check-in was not pleasant, real state office sent nervous man to make the check-in process for us who got mad as we arrived 15 min. late due to slow traffic and being lost.
This Condo Was Superb!!!!! Everything That We Can Imagine We Needed Was There. From Tennis Raquets To The Large Umbrellas We Needed To Block The Sun On The Beach. It Was 5 Of Us All Women, And We Had More Than Enough Room. And When It Says Ocean Front They Mean Ocean Front!!!!! This Was A Very Awesome Location!!!!!! Long walk to grocery store, and watch out for jelly fish. Overall, we had a great time.
The building is definitely nice and clean. Unfortunately, at this time of year the pool and the beach is in the shade very early in the afternoon. I was disappointed in the condo itself. The view is beautilful and it could be amazing but it needs some repairs. The window curtains were falling, the closet door in the guest bedroom had fallen, some drawers on the bedroom furniture were broken, the condo was not very clean (crumbs in kitchen cubboard, old used soap bars in showers, etc,) and there is only one sofa in the living room that seats 3 and there were 6 of us. Linen was lacking as well so we ended up purchasing our own bath towels as well as beach towels.
We had overall a wonderful time in the USA. After a long journey with our five months old baby boy from Germany we joined two great weeks at the condo. The building was clean and the receptionist was very friendly.Our condo at the nineth floor was well-appoinetd and very clean. The view from the condo was awesome.
condo wass nicely furnished and very clean, veerry comfortable and was able to accomodate 6 people comfortably. only downside was that no housekeeperr came so we had to purchase more napkins/paper towels etc... ooveerall great location but it was about a 15-20 min drive to the excitement in south beach
My family of 5 and I enjoyed this condo/hotel property. We have stayed her twice before in a unit we rented from the hotel. This time we rented from a condo owner. The unit was fine. I would stay there again, however I would assist upon it being cleaned thoroughly. The tub was dirty with a nasty ring around it and the sliding glass doors need a good cleaning too. The unit could use some minor work like fixing the tub stopper in the second bathroom tub and replacing the dented/scratched furniture, but overall it was livable, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the owner was very polite and easy to work with. I appreciate that he thought companion airline ticket free of everything a family could use on a vacation including sand toys, a toddler toilet seat, crib and a playpen for the children and two beach chairs. The oceanview companion airline ticket free was nice too. Very quiet unit.

We stayed at this condo for 5 nights and enjoy it very much. The condo was very clean. We had plenty of towels, linen and the kitchen was fully equipped. Having young children, we also enjoy the access the washer and dryer, beach chairs and unbrella. The view from the condo was amazing! The hotel staff was very kind. It was great to be on the beach. We could leave our chairs on the beach, go swim
