Bought a set of these over the holiday weekend and got them installed. I bought the XL size with no rivets and they juuuust fit. They touch the blinkers vacation packages to hawaii in the back and they go to just an inch or so behind the passenger footpegs. I think the slant ones would fit without vacation packages to hawaii hitting the blinker, but I really like how the straight ones look. I'll try and get some pics posted up if I can get my digital camera vacation packages to hawaii working.
I ended up using the Suzuki saddlebag mounts. Installation took about 30 minutes after I'd gotten all the parts and made another trip to the auto parts store for some Lock-Tite. Also, the hex bolts that come with the saddlebag mounts aren't the same hex key size as the bolts you take off. The correct size is not in the toolkit. I had to use an allen wrench bit for my power screwdriver/drill that was the correct size.
