My sister and I rented this condo for 4 nights and it was wonderful. The location, view and beautiful interior was much enjoyed. We even got a chance to cook out on the large deck one day. We would definitely stay there again.
ONE CONCERN: I hope the owners will look at mattress replacement for both the bed and couch. We needed both and had to move the topper on the bedroom mattress to the hide-a-bed because advantage rental cars discounts it was very thin and the springs hurt. Then that made the bed mattress a little hard, but it was OK. Also the evening were cool and there were not enough blankets; had to borrow from my son. So sleeping was the one and only issue.

Photos were accurate except for fireplace on deck. Carpet in LR and BDR dirty and spotted. No towels in kitchen, dinnerware just for 4 along with silverware, waste of water. Manager response: This is the first negative review we have ever had. The only issue I can agree with in this review, is that after a really busy summer rental schedule, the carpet in the bedroom does show traffic wear. The remainder of the home is all wood floors. We have plenty of extra supplies located in a storage room that occasionally gets overlooked by our guests. Any or all of these things could have been handled with a simple phone call. There was never a promise for a tv in the master bedroom, or covered parking.There is covered parking, but not assigned. The explanations could go on, but these guests even complained about the curtains not being substantial enough for them. I guess you cannot please 100% every time. We appreciate the feedback and will try and do better.
My husband and I enjoyed out stay in this condo. We hiked in the Grand Canyon and on Kendrick Peak. We biked from the condo to Walnut Canyon National Monument and all over Flagstaff on the Flagstaff Urban Trail System. The condo was updated and clean and perfect for us. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Northern Arizona.
My mother and I stayed in this condo for three days. It was very clean and the location was perfect. There is no air conditioning but with the windows open it was great. The deck is large and was very relaxing. When we arrived, there was a pool of water in the refrigerator. Great little condo that was well appointed and clean. Management is VERY responsive to any concerns and makes sure your stay is everything it should be. Really nice little condo. We really liked the location on the East side of Flagstaff, we ve never stayed in Flagstaff before so this location was a gamble but it paid off great for us. We are mountain bikers, advantage rental cars discounts so it was great to be able to store our bikes safely on the above-ground deck and the location was very close by to several trailheads we used during our stay. The condo is very nicely furnished, the kitchen was stocked adequately (but the knives were not great quality- we had trouble cutting advantage rental cars discounts a loaf of bread with one of the knives, that would be my only recommendation to upgrade some of the kitchen ware). The west-facing deck was a wonderful spot to chill out in the sun in the afternoons with a glass of wine and the outdoor grill was great, in fact I think we used it every day we were there. advantage rental cars discounts Only thing to note is that this place only has cable internet- not wifi, so if you have ipads or want to use a wifi connection for your phone or other non-cable compatible devices you would be out of luck.
