Our cabin is a 2/2 with a hot tub on the upper deck and a beautiful stream running down below with also a lower deck for listening to the stream or picnics. The cabin is very secluded in the Nantahala Forest with the Bartrum Trail for hiking within 5 minutes walking distance. The Trail will take you to a breathtaking gorge and the Nantahala Dam. Lake Nantahala is about 5 minutes by car from our cabin where you can rent rafts or there is a boat ramp available not far to put your own boat in We have a propane fireplace for those cool nights and a propane gas grill for cooking your favorite steak. The fire pit we have by the stream is very relaxing by the stream and great on those star lit nights with Smores. Come stay at our relaxing cabin and you will leave refreshed!

We love the Lake Nantahala area and this is a great cabin to stay in and explore what this region has to offer. The owners were responsive and helpful leading up to our arrival. The cabin was well stocked. And it was quiet! the venetian hotel las vegas We loved our stay!
What a wonderful place to get away from it all! It was a bit tricky to find but Debbie gave us verbal instructions the venetian hotel las vegas as to it's location. Nestled on a hill beside a small stream made it truly a perfect spot. It was clean & spacious with almost all the amenities. I was a bit disappointed there was no propane canister beneath the grill, but the kitchen took was just fine. Be sure to bring toilet paper as there was barely enough in either bathroom. The Jacuzzi made it so relaxing after dipping your feet into the cold stream outside. The fire pit was fun too for the cool evenings up there. I would consider returning perhaps next year.
James, So happy you enjoyed our cabin. The propane grill is connected to a huge tank in the yard. This controls the grill as well as the fireplace. There was a lever on the deck beside the grill to turn the gas on and off. So sorry you didn't see this. We truly try to have the cabin as stocked as possible sorry there was not enough toilet tissue. Thank you for letting us know. We truly thank you for your rental!
This was our second stay at this cabin... We stayed once before in December 2011 and talked endlessly about returning for a summertime vacation. Our week at the cabin couldn't have been any better! The location is close enough to the NOC and grocery stores to be convenient, but far enough away to feel private and secluded....perfect! We spent the week whitewater rafting, hiking and swimming. Our dogs enjoyed being off leash and playing in the little swimming the venetian hotel las vegas hole at the end of road. After long, busy days we enjoyed coming back to the cabin and cooking dinner in the wonderfully furnished kitchen and then relaxing in the hot tub to round out the night. Falling asleep to the sound of the creek right outside the house was the cherry on top.
My husband, two friends, and I stayed at the lovely cabin for two nights. We sat outside and listened the venetian hotel las vegas to the stream and enjoyed the views. We used the fire pit to roast marshmallows and make s'mores. We found the trail at the end of the road and went on a nice long hike! We brought the venetian hotel las vegas our two dogs along and they enjoyed all the ventures too! The deck was perfect for our bigger dog, since he is a runner. The gate on the deck kept him on the deck so we did not have to watch him constantly or keep him on a leash. We ended each night relaxing in the hot tub where we began planning our next trip :o)
We enjoyed this cabin for an entire week, and loved every second of it. The location was ideal especially the venetian hotel las vegas how close it was to the Bartram Trail it. (The dogs loved the concrete ford area of the trail.) We would recommend this to anyone looking to disconnect for a few days or needs a home base to hike, raft, zipline, etc. (which is all just a short walk or drive from the cabin).

The view was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't take our eyes off of it. The kitchen was well equipped. My bed was too soft and Laura complained of her bed being to hard but could have just been personal preference. TV satelite did not seem to be working - not a major crisis, the venetian hotel las vegas just wanted to watch one football game. Overall we had a terrific stay. Thank you.

Deb and Dave are wonderful people. The cabin was beautiful. It was everything they said it was in the description. The location was a little difficult to find on our own, but Dave gave us great directions. Wonderful view from the porches. Secluded and private, but wonderful.
The only flaw we had was that we rode our Harleys from Michigan, and the two roads and driveway leading to the house, because it had rained for three days before the venetian hotel las vegas we got there, were extremely muddy and the one road and driveway were extremely steep and slippery. I would recommend this cabin to others.
Beautiful cabin, beautifully the venetian hotel las vegas furnished, very clean, wonderful covered porch and large inviting deck. Private setting, quiet, peaceful, bubbling stream, fire pit and hot tub. Only negative, the bed could use a little more padding, perhaps a 2 or 3 inch memory foam topper for older bones lime ours.
We had a great time just hiking in the woods or to one of the 16 waterfalls within driving distance of the cabin. Great hiking weather! Enjoyed the firepit and hot tub to end the perfect the venetian hotel las vegas day. What a beautiful part of North Carolina! We will definately visit again.
My husband and I just spent a wonderful relaxing week here. The location is perfect...so peaceful and quiet. We really felt at home. We loved the deck, listening the venetian hotel las vegas to the birds and the stream, the venetian hotel las vegas the fire pit, the hot tub, and the stars at night. This cabin is very secluded and private, and very well stocked. Lots of things to do in the area, great hiking trails! Being pet friendly is really a bonus....our dog, Cooper, had a great time exploring the woods and the stream. As vacations usually go, the week went way too fast and we truly hated to leave. We definitely plan on coming back soon!

The cabin is excellent, very secluded. If you are an addict to internet and cell phones, this is not the place for you which is why it was perfect for me and my husband, no cell service, no internet, the venetian hotel las vegas a complete getaway. Still close enough to great hikes, the venetian hotel las vegas kayaking, rafting, even city life if you want to drive to Asheville. the venetian hotel las vegas I highly recommend this property. Dave and Debbie are great as well! Hope to be back again soon!

What a nice get away. The cabin is perfect,quiet,cozy,private you couldn't ask for a better place to get away from it all.We had an awesome time,hiking,swimming, the lake is nice.No cell service for miles,no one can bother you.Thanks for a great and wonderful time,we hope we can return.
The owners showed genuine concern with an unexpected hot tub problem - they immediately sent a repair man to fix it. The cabin is beautifully decorated and is a gem; the fire pit is a bonus next to the babbling brook when the temps drop into the mid-50s on July nights. We stayed three nights and hated to leave. the venetian hotel las vegas Our trip to "Cabin Fever" was wonderful! What I loved the most was that it felt like home. Quiet and comfortable. All of the comforts the venetian hotel las vegas of home were provided all we had to bring was an appetite for fun and relaxation. The boat ramp was located only four miles from the cabin. We spent all week playing on one of the most beautiful lakes I have ever seen. I would recommend to anyone wanting a nice get-away to stay at "Cabin Fever". It was nice to find such a wonderful place to relax at not such a wallet busting price. Thank you for that.
