As I sat with my paper and brushes cruises around hawaii on Friday night, listening to the Classical Mystery Tour and drawing along with Sgt. Pepper, I was sorry that I didn t have the right Peter Max-inspired colors for my picture. On reflection, cruises around hawaii though, I found myself thinking about the way we all hear the music of the Beatles through our own memories cruises around hawaii of the other times, other places, when we ve heard those recordings. The colors you would bring to each song would be different from the colors I remember. The Classical Mystery Tour evoked separate experiences for each listener, as the band members and the orchestra performed the music. I enjoyed the experience immensely, but noticed how different the concert felt more a re-enactment than a freely rendered interpretation. So I offer you a coloring page no need to stay within the lines! Share Follow responses through the comments RSS feed . Leave a comment . Trackback . Leave a Reply Click here to cancel reply.
