This is a small condo complex with about 21 units. The Flip-Flop-N is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a pool and elevator. Unit is on the first floor and is a corner unit. (bottom floor of building are storage units). The condo is in the quiet, family area of Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach. The Flip-Flop-N is just 1 mile north of the famous Cherry Grove pier. Condo has a Queen in the master and 2 full beds (bunk bed) in the 2nd bedroom. There is a pullout full sleeper in the living area. Washer and Dryer are located in the unit.
The North Myrtle Beach, Cherry fortier senior high school and travel tourism academy Grove area is at the north end of Ocean Blvd. The condo unit called North Beach Villas is about 4 miles from the North Carolina fortier senior high school and travel tourism academy border. It is quiet, family friendly area where you can walk or ride bikes to the ice cream shop or the Cherry Grove Pier to fish. It is just 2 miles from the grocery store and restaurants. Travel another 2 miles and you are in the "Shag" capital of the World - Main Street, North Myrtle Beach!
Thank you for the use of this condo. The amenities at this home was really nice. The only complaint I had was that the cooking range was in bad shape. We were told that the ice maker was not working so we had to buy ice several times, which was no big issue but an inconvenience. The beds/bed linens/and toys were all in great shape and of good quality. It was truly a nice condo and I would definitely use it again and would refer it out to my friends.
