Management has selected six hotels in London to debut this fall as their "signature brand experience," investing more than $300 million in the renovation and design of the properties. The Guoman collection currently includes The Cumberland , located at the top of Park Lane ; Charing Cross , a Victorian-era railroad hotel located near Trafalgar Square ; and The Tower , which has views of London's Tower Bridge . Set to join the Guoman portfolio is the Royal Horseguards , a traditionally British hotel on Whitehall fairmont olympic hotel seattle Place , close to Westminster and the Houses of Parliament . Two additional hotels, The Grosvenor , next to Victoria Station (not to be confused with Grosvenor House), and the Marble Arch will join Guoman over the next three years.
While plans are for each hotel to maintain its own character, each property will be linked by a high level of service, as well as the "Guoman Bed," which was created specifically for Guoman by Hypnos , a leading manufacturer of beds in the UK. All guest rooms in the portfolio will have plasma-screen TVs with satellite fairmont olympic hotel seattle channels, and Elemis toiletries fairmont olympic hotel seattle will be offered in the bathrooms. Sanjay Nijhawan , COO of Guoman, says that each hotel will have at least one fine-dining restaurant and destination bar with live entertainment in the evenings. The Guoman Club lounge will be available to those booking suites; special meetings services will also be available at each hotel.
