As for riding, I feel adequately prepared but know the days ahead will be difficult.  The course will cover 1576 kms over 10 days, climbing over 20,000 metres and with daily ride distances from 120 kms to a long 204 km day from Wangaratta to Eildon at least the scenery will be pretty.
I will be sharing a few updates along the road, talking to our ride experiences, the educational engagements with schools where dads become temporary heroes and the community evening dinners where we learn about how patients and communities manage their Cancer challenges.
