Debuting as a casual dinner option in the ship's Tastes café , the menu will include traditional Chi


The world-famous Japanese chef plans to give cooking instruction, personally prepare dishes, take pictures with guests and sign autographs during the 12-night western European/Mediterranean list of travel agents in uk voyage departing Dover on 24th May 2012.
Chef Heinz Beck of Rome’s three Michelin Star La Pergola, Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim and Master Sommelier Bob Bath are also scheduled to host tastings and demonstrations during the “Wine and Food”-themed cruise.
Debuting as a casual dinner option in the ship’s Tastes café , the menu will include traditional Chinese food such as steamed dumplings, noodles, soups, fried rice and vegetables in a relaxed, regional dining experience.
The 12-night “Bordeaux and Beyond” sailing with Nobu on board departs from Dover on 24th May and visits Bassens/Bordeaux (overnight), Lisbon, Gibraltar, Monte Carlo (overnight), Florence/Livorno and Porto Venere before finishing in Rome/Civitavecchia.
In the past year and a half he's jumped list of travel agents in uk right in, clocking up seven cruises in a year and a half plus a visit to the Panama Canal. When he's not on board a ship he likes nothing more than jumping off to do a spot of scuba diving, preferably in the warm waters of the Caribbean.
