If you’ve always fancied being a travel writer, here’s your chance. You and a guest could be VIPs at the glamorous launch of Royal Princess  - and then reporting on the experience for Cruise International.
Innovative and stylish, Royal Princess represents the next generation of Princess Cruises ships, with a host of features that are new not only to Princess, but to the world of cruising. The ship marks an evolution for the company, enhancing village inn restaurant the experience for passengers and setting a new standard for the industry.
Highlights on board the new ship include a vast atrium lobby that will form the glittering backdrop to glamorous cocktail parties; The Chef’s Table Lumiere, a unique private dining experience; the Bellini Bar for Italian inspired cocktails village inn restaurant and Gelato village inn restaurant for designer sundaes; the biggest ever Movies Under the Stars poolside cinema; and the SeaWalk, an enclosed walkway and bar cantilevered out over the water, with a glass floor.
This is your chance to become our Royal Princess Correspondent, reporting in Cruise International with all your impressions of Royal  Princess . During the inaugural celebrations in Southampton on 13- 16 June you will be invited on board and as well as attending village inn restaurant the glamorous naming ceremony, you and your guest will also have the opportunity to enjoy a two-night preview village inn restaurant cruise so that you can fully experience all that this exciting new ship has to offer. You will then write a feature for the August/September issue of Cruise International, village inn restaurant reporting back on the ship itself as well as some of the highlights of the inaugural celebrations and your cruise experience.
Give us a taste of your writing flair by telling us in 50-100 words why you should be Cruise International’s social Royal Princess Correspondent. Terms and Conditions 1. Closing date is 19 April 2013. 2. Princess Cruises and Cruise International will select one Royal Princess Correspondent from all valid entries received before the closing date. The Royal Princess Correspondent plus one guest will attend the Royal Princess naming ceremony and two-night preview cruise from 13-16 June 2013, and will be required to supply a written feature village inn restaurant of 500 words by 20 June 2013. The decision of Princess Cruises and Cruise village inn restaurant International will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative will be offered. 4. The Royal Princess Correspondent will be notified no later than 26 April 2013. 5. No employees of Carnival plc or The Chelsea Magazine Company Ltd may enter. The promotion is only open to residents of the UK. 6. Only one entry permitted per person. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. No bulk or third party entries accepted. 7. No purchase is necessary to enter. 8. The promoter is Carnival plc trading as ‘Princess Cruises’, Carnival House, 100 Harbour village inn restaurant Parade, Southampton SO15 1ST. The promoter reserves the right to amend any dates/deadlines at their discretion. 9. Travel to/from Southampton will not be provided.
