Norwegian Cruise Line s Project Breakaway ships are still more than a year away. Still, the new vessels intrigue us here at Avid Cruiser. Each will have the suite complex known as The Haven by Norwegian, continuing what the company calls the luxury suite complex concept on five of its ships – Norwegian Epic , Norwegian Gem , Norwegian Pearl , Norwegian Jade  and Norwegian Jewel .
Norwegian’s Jewel class ships (Norwegian Jewel, Jade, Pearl and Gem) include up to 18 suites as part of The Haven, including the largest suites at sea – the 5,000 square cheap hotels tokyo foot, three-bedroom Garden Villas. All of these suites surround The Haven Courtyard that includes a pool, sundeck, hot tub, fitness room and more.
The Haven on Norwegian Epic is the largest suite complex at sea, comprising 60 suites on two private decks at the top of the ship. An additional 15 suites also have access to The Haven.  These guests have exclusive access to The Haven Courtyard featuring a pool, two whirlpools, gym, saunas, sundeck, along with a restaurant with indoor/outdoor dining, bar and concierge lounge.
The Haven guests also have an array of amenities, including private butler and concierge service.  Norwegian will expand existing butler service to 24 hours and having butlers certified by the International Institute of Modern Butlers.
The line is also adding a poolside valet in the Courtyard, plus white tablecloth service for in-suite dining. If you book a balcony room, and the ship isn t packed, they may call you 1 week before asking if you re interested in bumping up to the Haven for a smaller amount than if you booked directly. ITs an excellent deal! It has its own lounge, pool, sun bathing area, individual butler and conscieurge service all to catering to your needs. The food service in the Haven s dining room was good, however, the basic menu got boring after a couple of days. We didn t find out until Day 3 that we could go off that menu and have custom meals prepared for us in the Haven as long as the ingredients cheap hotels tokyo were on the ship. The other dining areas were ok.
We didn t stop in Great Stir Up because of waves were too rough for the tenders to take us over, but, if you decide to go and the weather cooperates, staying in the Haven affords you first dibs on getting there first and getting the best spots on the beach.
