THE CAR HAD 6 MILES ON THE ODOMETER AND WAS A FORD ESCAPE, THE CAR RODE WELL GOT GOOD MILEAGE AND HAD SUFFICIENT ROOM FOR GOLF CLUBS. bY GETTING SPECIFIC RENTALS, IT HELPS AS I AM IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW VEHICLE. HAD NO ISSUE UPON THE RETURN HAVING FILLED THE CAR WITH GAS 12 MILES FROM THE AIRPORT. We picked royal caribbean navigator of the seas cruise ship up our car from Orlando Airport and returned it at Atlanta Airport. The car was very nice and pick up and drop off were very easy. The only problem we had was on a side trip. We parked our car and went on a tour for about an hour and a half. When we returned to our car, it didn't start. It's apparently an anti-theft lock. Unfortunately, no one told us about it. Had to wait about 45 minutes for a tow truck to fix it. Just glad it was an easy fix!! Everything worked out fine with the exception of no one available to check the car when I returned it. I would suggest perhaps that the hours should be expanded. People do check cars in at odd hours at this very busy airport.
I have rented in Orlando a number of times and the staff has been wonderful . The rentals I have gotten have been great except for this last one, it had a lot of miles on it and rode hard (very loud). I would like to see a kiosk just for Plus members to expedite us though the process .
