I think he should move his family to El Paso. Once again, he was on TV apologizing for America, just like he has been doing all over the world since he came into office. Sometimes I wonder if he really likes his own country. This is just my opinion.
I love this country. I know it is not perfect, but I also don't think we have anything to apologize for. It is a difficult thing indeed to hold it all in. I think we all feel the need to rant on occasion. I try to stay away from politics as well but I ve had my moments. I share your views and concerns. What gives me peace is knowing that He is in control. He IS our peace... but we are human after all. You have a beautiful blog. It is very peaceful and welcoming. Hmmm...I m thinking we ought to start tapping into our own oil supply, and not be so dependent on the oil of countries who do not like the U.S. Well, that s my little mini-rant. We have much to be thankful for in this country, and, to be honest, sometimes I wonder why God continues to pour out his blessing upon the U.S. when we are SO defiant to His ways. We ought to praise Him and thank Him often for being merciful and holding back from giving us what we truly deserve. I must admit Lori, when I read the title of your post and saw the picture of the seagull I thought you were going to complain about those birds! I agree with you and love how much you care abour our Country.
