Unfortunately, the terms state that this offer is not combinable with other discounts, so unless you have some very expensive rentals to use your certificates on, it might not be the best deal.  In general, I m still partial to earning 3,000+ American Airline miles on Avis car rentals or 1,000 American Airlines miles per day on Budget car rentals , but those promos end at the end of August, and this one will run through the end of January.  Sign up for both, and pick the best option based on when your rental is.
