SUMMARY: Owner/Applicants Nancy and Dan Pelfrey request a minor use permit to construct a free standing, one-story, 825 square foot garage on 40 acres of real property located at 1555 Harmony Ranch Road, Harmony, Ca. The Pelfrey's have water wells and the residence is serviced by an on-site septic cheap hotel deals uk system.
Committee members conducted a site-visit with the assistance of Nancy Pelfrey.
