Stayed for 14 days in June, 2013 I have been going to Siesta Key for 15 years and this unit was the worst condo I have ever stayed. The unit was dirty outdated under equipped of all the places I have stayed. Location to the beach was terrible and pool area was not the cleanest and very noisy next to midnight pass road. Very disapointed in our stay!

Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 It was one of the best family vacations! The location was perfect. The proximity to the pool and beach made this the best place to stay. Stayed for 8 days in April, 2013 The unit was as described, clean, good bed and located about a block from the beach. Just walk down the driveway and you are there. Our only problem was that it was two stories. That was OK, we managed, but they did not tell us in advance or we would have chosen a ranch style.

Also the blinds and registers were very dirty. There were no outlets in either bathroom. Other than these few things we were happy with the rental.

The only negative was that our visit was cut short because our flight from Boston to Sarasota was canceled due to major snow storm that kit the northeast. As a result we lost 3 days of our planned 1 week visit. We will return.

Stayed for 7 days in January, 2013 The unit was very small; the furniture was minimal and the general atmosphere depressing. The picture on the website is most misleading. Furhtermore, the fact that this unit is on two floors (bedrooms upsairs) was never mentioned, either on the website or by any representative. The only plus was the pool, which is large and attractive.
