Bringing full Alaskan immersion to guests, Princess Cruises has introduced an extensive new onboard program called North to Alaska! The cruise line s seven ships covering Alaska will now offer much more than making port calls in the scenic territory. Now, extensive amounts of local foods and cultural experiences and stories will be enjoyed as well.
Highlights include learning from the stars of The Deadliest Catch TV show as part of Princess Cruises Discovery at Sea and wild, natural and sustainable Alaska Seafood served in the dining rooms. The cruise line details the North to Alaska! program below:
Providing a culinary journey sure to be savored, Princess has partnered with the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute to feature nightly a variety of authentic Alaska cuisine – including King Crab, King Salmon and fresh Halibut, among others prepared by Princess chefs specially-trained by Alaska find cruise ship jobs seafood find cruise ship jobs chefs to capture a true taste of the North. Specialty restaurants will also offer a regional Alaska cuisine menu on select evenings.
