If the first time you apply a Chinese visa for your child under 16, Chinese consulate required that

Credit card payment is acceptable when you pay your air ticket together; however, if you apply your China visa only, credit card payment is also acceptable with 5% transaction charge. Please make sure you add shipping/delivery fee. You can download our credit card authorization form , please fill out, print, sign and fax (909-895-8855) to us, additional documentation meight apply.
