I would imagine cruise control parts that any airline that has quite a few flights to a certain international destination abroad and there is probably have a crew base at that city. I am thinking AC , UA , and AA in LHR .
QF or more specific QANTAS (Jetconnect) in NZ do, but they even have their 738's registered there (there was a big hype awhile ago about this as their NZ counterparts were not being paid the same rates as the aussie staff on an Australian Airline), and no doubt they have others in LHR , LAX , SIN at least?
I thought that NRT was the only real base left after the merger. I remember reading somewhere that NW had bases in those cities cruise control parts but de-based? them once the merger was complete, cruise control parts leaving only the CSDs for those specific language F/As left in the mentioned cities?
I remember that after the PA acquisiton, DL had an F/A crew base in TLV . On the TLV -Paris- JFK flight, they would fly as far as Paris, spend the day, there, and catch the return to TLV back in the evening.

What was dismantled, though, was the NRT "in flight service representative" program; these employees, who were also flight attendants who flew interport (Pacific) trips, flew from Japan to the United States and provided language and cultural assistance to the US-based flight attendant crew.
