The Borough of Glassboro stakes its claim as a downtown destination tomorrow as it joins developer Sora Hotel Urban Renewal Entity, LLC, to break ground on the 129-room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel on Rowan Boulevard, immediately adjacent Rowan University's campus. disney hotel deals The Shaner Group (State College, PA) will operate the hotel, which is slated for completion in September 2013.
The property will include a liquor license to serve a 4,140 sq. ft. conference space for events of up to 250 people.  The hotel is among three properties currently under construction on Rowan Boulevard, including a mixed-use academic and retail building as well as a multi-tier parking structure.
