Upon arrival, I found a wet soap and what appeared to be a used soap in the "new" soap box. The hotel "shuttle" was a small SUV, We waited for over an hour for a ride back to the hotel from the United hotels singapore Center. My sister and I who are from out of
state finally walked back to the hotel alone at 11 pm in Chicago. I chose the hotel due it's close proximity to the dental school. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with an unfriendly staffer at the front desk. Apparently she was some kind of supervisor, I do not see how she ever got that position. When we
walked in and informed her of our reservation she did not wait a second before telling us that our reservation was "declined", though I had booked 3 weeks prior to arrival at the hotel. When I told her that was "impossible" hotels singapore she headed to her manager, TWICE, and then only had the decency to say that, "it was a mistake". She did not even apologize. We were exhausted from our travel and that was the first thing she said to us? It was absurd, we were not impressed at all and made it clear that we were not!! When we went up to our room , we saw an extra bed, which they were under the impression that we had requested. We were only two people, and there was no need for a third bed. Like I said we were not impressed in the least and thus we spent most f our time out of the hotel and away from the ladt at the front desk!!! Should hotels singapore I go back to Chicago, there is noway I will stay at that hotel again.
