Carnival Cruise Lines , which sails out of New Orleans, will bring new attractions this year, including a Halloween-themed Fun Ship replica that is almost 70 feet long. The cruise line will sponsor jack-o-lantern displays and decorating stations, as well as tropical-themed treats.

Each child will receive a Boo at the Zoo bag, which they can then use as their trick-or-treat bag throughout the evening. Children younger than a year old are admitted free. The zoo will close at 3 p.m. on those four days so workers can prepare for the event. Tickets are available at the Audubon Institute website or at any Audubon attraction.
