Hole 1 ... Drive it down the fairway and avoid the bunker off to the right. The second shot is a little uphill so you either want to club up and get it on the green to be safe, or use whatever club the game gives you to use as default and over swing to get it close. The marker doesn't account for elevation in this game so you have to judge how hard to hit your shots. Once you're on the green make your putt.
Hole 2 ... Dive it down the fairway and get a good roll downslope. Depending on where the flagstick is you really just want to get it on the green to give yourself a chance for that respectable eagle. Aim for the front of the green and notice how there is a second marker that lands on the green. This marker shows you where the ball will stop rolling if the shot is made correctly. Take your shot and watch the ball roll in close. Adjust accordingly to flagstick locations. The front of the green has a large uphill slope and you really want avoid hitting it here as it can be difficult to putt out of. If you're not sure what to do, an alternative to going for the eagle is to just bomb the ball past the green. You won't get the eagle but it is very simple to chip the ball to any location on the green.
Hole 3 ... Drive it down the fairway avoiding the trees to the right. Once your on the fairway you'll notice how the green is a bit elevated. Move your stance all the way up to take a high straight shot. Bring the marker back to front edge of the green and swing. The ball will stick to the flag. Avoid aiming for the right edge of the green unless that's where the flagstick is. It can be a tricky putt and some of the time, a putt from that distance just results in the ball rolling over the green anyway if he flag is at that end. Make your putt.
Hole 4 ... Obviously you don't want to hit it in the bunker so club up, and change your stance to take a high straight shot. Aim just before the green and it will fly right over the sand trap. Notice that the back half of the green is elevated. Make sure you get the ball over this hump as putting over it can be a pain. Make your putt.
Hole 5 ...Drive it straight and avoid the double bunker baltimore marriott waterfront hotel on the left. The elevation can often trick you and make you think that you can shoot right over them, but to be safe aim a little to the right of them. Once again, the back half of the green is elevated. Make sure you get the ball over the hump. Check where the ball will land once it stops rolling. Don't put the marker on on the flag or it will bounce baltimore marriott waterfront hotel right over. Make your putt.
Hole 6 ...The green has a few plains. The back right portion is very elevated. Aiming for this and missing short could result in your ball rolling back down to the fairway. If you're going for the front of the green don't worry about the bunker. baltimore marriott waterfront hotel Just take a full swing and the fact that your above the green, the ball will go a bit farther and the slope will funnel the ball towards the flag. Make your putt.
Hole 8 ...Similar to hole 1's first shot. If you're going for the green in two be careful of the trees to left. They can take away your birdie chances if you hit that foliage. Two large mounds guard the green so if you shoot from the wrong angle the ball may not roll over them. Aim for the front of the green and have it roll towards the middle so that you can make a decent putt to anywhere on the green. If the flag is in the back-left of the green. Aim considerably short of the hole so that if you miss it doesn't roll off.
Hole 9 ...Hit the ball off to the right side so that you don't have to make a play on the green by taking a shot over the bunkers. Acknowledge the elevation and adjust accordingly. Don't hit too hard or too soft with the putt.
Hole 10 ...Hug the trees to maximize your distance off the tee, but watch out for a random bunker in the middle of the fairway. Watch the wind, and make a shot that will roll the ball close. Picture baltimore marriott waterfront hotel it in your head and then take the shot. The green slopes down so use it to your advantage to slow the ball speed down. Hit the ball about ten yards short of the hole and watch it roll. Make your putt.
Hole 11 ...This hole begins the famous Amen Corner at Augusta National. Hit the ball out of the shadows baltimore marriott waterfront hotel to make a play for the green. Aim just short of the green and it will roll by the hole. The wind and a poor stroke can kill this hole with a water hazard so pay attention to those factors. The green is pretty flat, nothing too tricky.
baltimore marriott waterfront hotel Hole 12 ...This hole features baltimore marriott waterfront hotel a wild wind that continuously spins. When you hit the ball, the wind on the screen is not what will affect the ball, so you can't time it like that. Rather, the wind that will affect baltimore marriott waterfront hotel your ball is about a quarter of a rotation before what is on the screen. So, if you hit the ball at the exact time the wind on your screen in blowing north, the ball will actually drift to the right. Unless it's a strong wind, it's not going to affect your shot much. Make a high straight shot and aim just before the green. Its actually easier to approach the hole from the middle of the green, but make sure you use just enough power because it can end up in the sand. Make your putt.
Hole 13 ... This hole has eagle written all over it. In order to get an eagle, you must drive the ball past the turn on the hole, left past the trees. Hitting those trees is bad so don't do it. Watch the wind when driving to avoid this. Once your past the curve and can see the green from where you are, pull out a club that can reach from you to the hole. Aim a bit to the right, to account for the lie of the ball (the fairway is a little baltimore marriott waterfront hotel crooked). If the ball doesn't get close to the flagstick it's ok. A birdie baltimore marriott waterfront hotel is still good, but always make sure you can hit the ball over the little creek. If you're putting downhill be careful not to putt too hard or the ball will roll off the green.
Hole 14 ... Watch out for the rough on the left side. Aim to the right a little bit and steer clear of it. You may want to club up to reach the back half of the green which is elevated. Hitting short isn't good enough because the ball will roll down off. Make your putt.
Hole 15 ... Hit the right side of the fairway to stay elevated. Pullout a fairway wood and aim for the front of the green and a little to the right to make up for the awkward lie of the ball. Make a full swing and the ball will get in close. Avoid the water at all cost even if it means giving baltimore marriott waterfront hotel up the eagle. Make your putt.
Hole 16 ... Watch the wind and put the marker in the middle of the green. It will roll in close if the flag is by the bunker. If not, adjust your shot accordingly. Don't underswing or you'll hear a splash. Make your putt. Also, if your in the rough close to the hole, there is an opportunity to just make an easy chip-in shot. Best not to hit it in the rough though.
Hole 17 ... Watch out for a smaller bush-like tree behind the first one on the left side of the fairway. Aim past and to the left of the hole because the green slightly rolls right-to-left. Watch out for the bunker and club up if you have to. Make your putt.
Hole 18 ... Watch out for the trees that look like they want to swallow your golf ball. Hit it straight while not hitting it too short or you won't have a line to the green. Club up and approach the hole from the right side to avoid the bunker. Make sure to hit the ball over the first hump on the green so that it stays on and doesn't roll off. Make your putt.
